Pipeline Inspection

Services

Installation Solutions

  • Soil sampling, assessment, and recommendations for optimal cost-effective solutions

  • Ensuring that contractors’ installation equipment meets owner’s specifications

  • Conducting Quality Assurance inspections of buoyancy control materials to ensure owner’s specifications are met

  • Development and implementation of applicable buoyancy control solutions in keeping with budget limits

Inventory Management

  • Verification of on-site project buoyancy control materials match items ordered for specification conformance and quantities delivered

  • Continual inventory of buoyancy control materials in order to monitor consumption versus forecast of the project’s remaining material needs

  • Effectively reducing project’s total buoyancy control material costs through continual inventory monitoring to avoid excessive material inventory at project wrap-up. Such excess would require re-stocking fees, shipping or otherwise becoming waste

Construction Support Documentation

  • Maintaining a continuous construction management buoyancy control punch list for the identification of buoyancy control locations after test pit program or ditching operations

  • Continuous construction inspection during system installation

  • Final on-site verification of the installed buoyancy control system is consistent with design and specifications provided to ensure optimal solutions for the client

  • Post project report
